Preparing and serving Turkish coffee was a complete ceremony in the Ottoman Palaces. No matter how many visitors there were, the servants with traditional clothes always made and served the coffee for two each time. First, the visitors were taken to dressing room to undress ,then they were served Turkish rose delight and finally were taken to guest room and seated according to their social status.

3 servants wearing traditional velvet costumes always served the coffee in such a way that it was more than a taste only, it was a pleasure for the eyes and the heart.

Beautiful girls with beautiful hands served the coffee in the 16.th century colourful Ottoman coffee cups on famous Ottoman coffee trays each of which is a masterpiece.
